The size of New Jersey, South Korea has effectively presented to the world their cultural and tourism assets along with the economic miracle of their economy. Inevitably we will hear from people in the U.S. with the M.A.S.H. mentality. The fact is that the U.S. is the only place on earth that still believes Korea to be in the state it was in the 1950’s !

“As a pastor’s daughter raised in the church, I knew little about abortion. But I did believe—and debated in the college cafeteria—that every woman had a “right to choose.” When abortion became legal in 1973, the consensus was that a certain freedom had finally been granted to women. Yet how many of us really knew exactly how abortions were performed?
My journey to the board of Planned Parenthood began with my involvement in a group called the Coalition of 100 Black Women, a New York City-launched socially conscious organization composed of businesswomen, politicians, and civic leaders. They wanted to empower a young voice, and although I was among the less exposed and less experienced, they voted to send me as their delegate to the first International Women’s Year conference held in Mexico City in 1975. When a speech I made received media coverage back home, I was greeted with my organization’s applause along with invitations to join two boards—the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) and Planned Parenthood.
I attended my first board meeting filled with anticipation. It was quite a short bus ride from the mid-town office where I worked as an editor over to the Margaret Sanger Clinic, named after Planned Parenthood’s founder. Over time I noticed that several of the board members arrived in chauffeured limousines. Who were these men of wealth, I wondered, and why were they so interested in the people who lived in the inner-city?
Once in the building. I walked past the clinic that served primarily African-American and Latino girls. The elevator took me upstairs to an imposingly large boardroom, and I took my seat with the striking observation that I was the only person of color in the room. The majority of board members were male, and the handful of women appeared to be much older than my twenty-seven years.
During the course of my five-year tenure, we received a lot of literature. Most discussed population control and the concern for the growing number of people in the world—poor people in the United States and in developing countries. As the population grew, natural resources like air, water, and food were shrinking. I soon understood why the full name for this organization was Planned Parenthood World Population. I struggled with the question, “Which population are they trying to control?” As a black woman, the question kept coming back to me like a boomerang. I wondered why abortion was more necessary for my ethnic group, why this organization fought so hard to give us this particular “right” when the rights for better education, better jobs, and better housing seemed paramount.
Early in my volunteer service on the board, I learned about the biggest challenge that Planned Parenthood of New York City faced. For every abortion that was performed, a death certificate had to be issued by the Department of Health. They wanted to reverse this law. Death certificates? Does that mean the babies were alive? Like millions of other Americans, I debated about when life really begins. When is the fetus viable? When can it live on its own? Abortion could not be murder if, indeed, all that was aborted was a “mass of tissue.”
Part of our responsibility as board members was to become familiar with abortion procedures. We read documents detailing how abortions were performed, and for me, that’s when the viability debate ended. I learned of two kinds of abortions—saline and dilation and evacuation, also called D&E. I would later learn about a third type, late-term or partial-birth abortion.
In saline abortions, babies inhale a salt solution that is introduced into the womb. The mother experiences premature labor and delivers a dead, burned baby. In instances where the baby is born still breathing, he or she is placed into a plastic bag, which is then sealed, and the baby is suffocated.
The dilation-and-evacuation abortion literally tears the baby apart limb by limb. The instrument used, insanely called a “straw,” is actually a powerful suction device. It is inserted into the mother’s uterus, where it searches for an arm or leg of the baby. Once it latches on, it tears that limb from the baby’s body. Each limb is subsequently torn apart and suctioned, or “evacuated.” Since the head is too large to pass through the nozzle of the “straw,” the doctor has to insert an instrument that looks much like a clamp. It grasps the baby’s head and crushes it into smaller pieces, which are then evacuated. A nurse puts all the pieces of the baby onto a nearby table, reassembling the body to make certain that all parts have been successfully removed from the uterus.
I was horrified. I came to the next meeting shaking with disbelief and filled with protestations. Holding up the papers, I said that these procedures were traumatic for both the mother and her baby.
An older woman sitting directly across from me looked me coldly in the eye and said in a low, rabid voice, “It is not traumatic!” I was stunned by her insensitivity and chilled by her icy stare.
I was on the verge of resigning from the board. Now that I understood what was really involved, I wanted no part in this abortion business. But the question, “Who will speak up if I leave?” kept me in a quandary. Eventually deciding to remain, I determined to be a thorn in their side and often cast the lone opposing vote.”
Dr. LaVerne’s tenure as a Planned Parenthood of New York City board member from 1975-1980 resulted in her becoming an avid pro-life advocate. She is an expert in abstinence education and teen pregnancy prevention. Her latest book is “Keeping You & Your Kids Sexually Pure: A How-to Guide for Parents, Pastors, Youth Workers and Teachers.”

There are many ties that bind ‘U.S.’ and those ties do in some instances divide ‘U.S.’ yet we all belong to one race, THE HUMAN RACE!

With that said, charitable giving by Americans is off this year by an extremely conservative estimate of twenty percent (20%) largely due to the economy and loss of jobs. The saving grace of this is that individual Americans have increased their charitable donations or the situation for many would be far worse.

Selling Our Children for Entertainment at What Cost?
A few years back in a meeting with a musician at a NYC restaurant a city bus went past that had one of his daughters pictured in an advertisement for a television show. Till this day I remember how the conversation changed.
“When my daughter got into the entertainment industry I asked her to promise me one thing. Not to ever do anything thing that she would not be comfortable sitting on the couch in our living room watching together.”
As long as there have been children there has been the exploitation/sexploitation of them throughout the course of human history in all cultures and societies.
In the past we have made posts in support of the war against sex slavery and human trafficking etc. however it was a recent article by Brent Bozell of The Media Research Center: Exploiting the Teen Temptress that prompted us to look within our own culture and society.
“It’s either insane — or the act of giving the envelope-pushers exactly what they want. She also keeps celebrity gossips buzzing by joking she had sex with a priest, that “her best friend is her vibrator”, that she set her neutered dog’s testicles on fire as a protest against men and that she started a feud with Miley Cyrus and her repressive “bubblegum (expletive),” saying she never wanted to be “Miley f-ing Cyrus.” Momsen blames her parents for ruining her life, that she never had a childhood and started working as a model and actress at age 2.
Momsen may be extreme, but the trend is well established — the marketing of teenage temptresses for much older men. Oh, let’s stop the niceties. It’s not “teenage” anything. These are young girls. Children. And it’s the glorification of statutory rape.” Brent Bozell of The Media Research Center
Today for all of our ‘advances’ that we point to in culture and society, deceiving ourselves that we have entered a new age of enlightenment to the point where we deny the problem in our own culture/society, are we not ever so quick to point the finger of righteous condemnation at ‘those less advanced and sophisticated poor bastards in the third world’? We ‘The Enlightened Ones’ refer to them as the dominions of untold human misery: human trafficking and sex slavery while it exists right here in our own country.
In the United States we sanitize things and put them through filters to remove any foul odor or flavor to make them palatable. This is the case with the entertainment industry and its exploitation/sexploitation of children.
Before we all rush to damn the entertainment industry are they not feeding the lusts, meeting the demands of the public or have we literally become sheep being led to the slaughter?
Where are the parents?
All three are guilty no one is innocent, the entertainment industry, the public and the parents are without exception guilty of exploiting/sexploiting our children, sacrificing them on the altar of entertainment.
Do you not believe that the release of teen Miley Cyrus in her underwear or Vanessa Hudgens nude (No Hotlinks to their sites for it would make us just as guilty and hypocrites) cellphone pictures and those of other teen idols were not encouraged by the entertainment industry, management, parents? Was there not great coverage in the media and the sites that carried the pictures or at least placed the names in their meta tags became the most searched and viewed pages at the time?
Please take the time to review your children’s media habits and do not fall into the trap that ‘everyone else’s parents let them watch it or listen to it’ because YOUR children are not EVERYONE else’s children.
Protect our children; let them have a childhood…

This rally immediately follows the big annual pro-life march, features music by BarlowGirl and inspirational talks by Eduardo Verastegui (Bella – the movie), Lila Rose (Live Action), David Bereit & Shawn Carney (40 Days for Life), Kristan Hawkins (Students for Life) & your very own – me! (and many more!)
It’s not only our hope of putting on a fun and inspirational rally, but we also want to equip you and the young people attending. With that in mind we’ll be handing out action kits to the first 5,000 attendees. So make sure to come out, have fun, get inspired and get equipped!

IMF: Global Pusher and Economic Slave Master
The recent decision by Ireland to accept the International Monetary Fund Economic ‘Fix’ represents Ireland’s surrender of its national sovereignty and identity. The announced ‘Fix’ from the IMF does stop the withdrawal momentarily however the full withdrawal symptoms will have to be dealt with before the next round of Pusher (IMF)/User (Sovereign Nation) negotiations begin.
This situation and that with the other “P.I.G.S.” is Europe’s grand experiment with socialism as a means to achieve communism has failed. Failed in as much as it had acting in the capacity of ‘The Pusher’ enslaved the masses with the economic opiates of entitlements and paying for services with other people’s money.
What we are witness to today is politicians on a global scale signing over their nation’s sovereignty to maintain their government positions. Fearful of the public response to any perceived restoration of personal, local, regional and national fiscal responsibility, government leaders opt for the quick ‘Fix’ the IMF offers.
The difficulties are:
- Once a sovereign nation accepts a ‘Fix’ from the IMF the IMF never returns the nations sovereignty that it stole forcing economic slavery upon the peoples of the nations that get the ‘Fix’.
- The ‘Fix’ is short-term and living with the fear of loss of power and civil unrest the nations keep returning to the ‘Pusher’ for another ‘Fix’ and the IMF keeps raising the cost for its drugs with each visit; in turn the governments raise taxes on the people and businesses creating a vicious cycle that is represented as economic slavery and the IMF being the Slave Master of Nations.
The arrogance of America is that it believes it is still the basis for global economic growth and prosperity. The politicians in Washington, DC have all but removed America and our Free Market Power from the global economic stage as witnessed by the smack downs we receive at the G-20 Summits.
The Tax and Government Operations Trillion Dollar Stimulus Pork Bills coming at us will leave America at the mercy of the ‘Pusher’ as well, making it P.I.G.S.A. clearing the way for global economic slavery and governance.
Senate Omnibus Bill: Nearly 2,000 Pages of Runaway Spending and Pork
“As recession-weary Americans continue to tighten their belts, not even trillion-dollar deficits can persuade Senate Democrats to stop their spending spree. In a single 1,924-page bill—which was crafted in secret and will be voted on before anyone has read it fully—Congress is set to spend a staggering $1.1 trillion on discretionary programs for fiscal year (FY) 2011, plus an additional $160 billion in emergency war spending.
To put this in context, non-emergency discretionary spending has already surged by $217 billion (25 percent) in the past three years—plus an additional $311 billion from the failed “stimulus.” Rather than pare back those unsustainable spending hikes, this bill would pile on a $17 billion increase that exceeds even the House’s massive spending bill.
This is exactly the kind of secretive, pork-laden, massive spending bill that induced a voter revolt last month. This brazen rejection of transparency and fiscal responsibility is a major reason why federal spending has soared to $30,000 per household (a post–World War II record of nearly 25 percent of the economy) and created trillion-dollar deficits as far as the eye can see.” -The Heritage Foundation.

The real victim of Pfc. Manning is not The State Department nor is it even the US Military it is The Constitution of The United States of America which is our framework for our Rule of Law, the guarantor of our very freedoms.
Pfc. Manning took an oath just as many before him to protect and serve the American people, defend the Constitution against All Enemies Foreign and Domestic.
Manning was entrusted with the sacred trust that the American people believe our men and women in uniform are VOLENS et POTENS to carry with honor, courage and sacrifice of one’s life when called upon, to carry that trust in the execution of daily duties whether in combat or in an office at the Pentagon. Manning is guilty of betraying our sacred trust, guilty of High Treason and Subversion.
In the United States the civilians are the watchdogs of government with the Commander-in-Chief and the Secretary of Defense being civilian and Congressional oversight, It is not the U.S. Military nor any individual under its jurisdiction or employ lest the military is to grow more powerful than the people it serves.
Intentional, as an agent of chaos or not, Pfc. Manning enabled the Progressive-Globalist ‘Jackboots’ to set a trap for the US Government that is hastening the deconstruction of our Constitution and our very freedoms it guarantees and many have given their lives for.

Manning’s criminal activity but rather has made it about his sexuality and human rights. His sexuality IS NOT an excuse for criminal activity if it is than the case will then be made that homosexuals should not be allowed to serve in the military as active threats to national security.
Pfc. Manning felt lost while in The Big Green Machine. The military is not a place to go and search for the comfort of your mothers tit or be a stand out.
This is where his logic got him into trouble.
The military is: “Mission First…People Always” you are part of something larger than the individual/self. If you cannot accept that then your actions will get many honorable men and women killed.
