Under the Gun formed 7 years ago by Frank Cokayne after hearing countless bands doing Freebird badly! even Skynyrd were lacklustre on the Old Grey Whistle Test with only two guitars! it needs the three so finding three good lead players to work together was the first hurdle ..well here we are today Del the finger picker, Jerry slidemeister, Dave shredder !!..great mix of styles that bring it all together with the rhythm section of myself on bass and PJ on drums. I do most of the lead vocals but Del and dave also contribute with a few numbers being sung by them. we are Southern Rock and Texas Blues with the music that we do and have been regulars for the last 6 years at Brightona (the biggest biker day out on the south coast) and we play rock bars biker, custom car, rallies …..Festivals We play covers mostly by Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, Allman Bros., ZZ Top (the early stuff), Johnnie Winter, Blackfoot, Georgia satellites, Fabulous Thunderbirds, and even George  Thorogood cause we do like a little slide playin. Back on the road, a couple of great new players in the lineup. We are back kickin ass Southern style with a Texas Blues flavour too.
